Cancellation Policy

All coaching packages and individual sessions must be purchased upfront and paid in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your commitment to the coaching process and secures your spot for the agreed upon sessions. All purchases are non-refundable, including instances where sessions remain unused. Once a package or individual session is purchased, it is considered final, and no partial or full refunds will be provided. Bronze and Silver coaching packages, as well as individual sessions, must be utilized within 3 months from the date of purchase. Gold Packages must be utilized within 5 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration period will be forfeited. Extensions or rollovers are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Envision Quest, LLC. It is the clients responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the allotted time frame. When purchasing packages, contact phil@envisionquestcoaching.com to schedule an appointment for each session included in the package. Late Cancellation / No Show fee: To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. If notice is not given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, regardless if it is a paid session or a free consultation, a $100 fee will be applied to payment method provided at the time of booking. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Envision Quest, LLC. General Liability Waiver and Release Form: Client agrees to review, sign, and initial the General Liability Waiver and Release Form. This form can be found under "Forms" at the top of the home page. This form must be received by Envision Quest, LLC prior to coaching commencement. Please contact us prior to booking if you have any questions.
