Alongside his time in public service, Phil pursued higher education through Park University in Kansas City, Missouri - earning a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Disaster and Emergency Management, equipping him with advanced expertise in crisis leadership and response. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, concentrating in Law Enforcement, which further solidified his foundation in public safety and legal principles.

 

After graduation, Phil’s commitment to education led him to serve as an adjunct professor with Park University. At Park, he leveraged his extensive field experience and academic background to prepare students for careers in emergency management and other areas of public administration. His engaging teaching style and practical approach to learning inspired students to think critically and excel in their chosen fields.

 

After his tenure in the fire service, Phil transitioned into a new arena: the bustling world of Las Vegas. There, he joined Caesars Entertainment as a Surveillance Agent, where he honed his skills in observation, investigation, and risk management. His ability to maintain calm under pressure, combined with his keen attention to detail, made him a key player in ensuring the safety and security of one of the world’s most vibrant entertainment hubs.

 

In addition to his academic achievements, Phil became a Master Certified Life Coach, a role that allows him to mentor and guide others in achieving personal and professional growth. His vast life experience, combined with his coaching skills, has made him a trusted advisor and motivator for those seeking clarity, confidence, and purpose.

 

Today, Phil resides in Fort Myers, Florida, where he continues to put his investigative and problem-solving skills to work as a licensed Private Investigator.
